America Is (CBS, 8-9 p.m.): Youngsters with composer Joseph Raposo and lyricist Hal David honor the Statue of Liberty in song.

Will There Always be an England? (PBS, 9-10 p.m.): ``Frontline'' examines the postindustrial British social structure, cultural values, and attitudes toward work.
