If you need to ask the rate, these hotels aren't for you

Affluent travelers may fly first-class, but the super-rich won't be found on a commercial plane. They live what the magazine Elite Traveler calls the "private jet lifestyle," a money-is-no-object existence often filled with 40 or more trips a year, including 10 of the intercontinental variety.
