Don't dig up wildflowers

It may be tempting to dig up a wildflower from the woods and bring it home to your garden, but that depletes the already dwindling supply in the wild. And often they quickly die. Instead, buy native plants from nurseries that specialize in propagating them sustainably. It may be more expensive, but it's a boost to the environment.
