Man’s Search for Meaning by Nazi concentration camp survivor Viktor E. Frankl is a bit out of date now, but it’s still greatly moving, even breathtaking at times. It gives one tremendous hope and beautifully echoes Decartes’s famous words: “I think, therefore I am.”
