All the King’s Men

I’m rereading Robert Penn Warren’s All the King’s Men in order to lead our book club’s January discussion. We wanted to read a classic that resonates today and does this ever! Willie Stark wants to do good in Louisiana, but power corrupts. Jack Burden, the narrator, tells the story of politics and downfall, and I am hooked.
