The Translator: A Tribesman's Memoir of Darfur by Daoud Hari with its Darfur primer is an insightful book about the conflict in Sudan. In 200 pages Hari explains how he and other villiagers survive this genocide. It is a must read for anyone interested in understanding this conflict better.
