The days are getting longer, the maple sap is flowing, and bird 'scouts' are returning to stake out nesting sites. It won't be long before farmers and gardeners start to plant. That got us thinking: Have you ever considered how many kinds of seeds you eat? You spit out peach pits, true. But flour is ground-up wheat seeds. Rice and corn are seeds.
