A story on diversity initiatives at the University of Northern Iowa (Oct. 17) incorrectly identified one of the subjects in the photograph on page 21. Standing with Roland Carrillo is his wife, Rita Carrillo, who advises Hispanic students and works in the UNI Department of Residence.
