A man on a mission

By coming to the United States, Juan Miguel Gonzalez has taken a visible step to resolve the custody fight over his son, six-year-old Elian. Mr. Gonzalez arrived in Washington yesterday with his wife, Nercy Carmenate Castillo, and their baby, Hianny. The Cuban father has never given any indication he'd consider defecting, but analysts say it's always possible he could ask for asylum in the US. PAGE 2.
