Bronts' garden

August already and the last white bells of sleeping peas ring their silent pleas to become pods - as eager as three daughters in a single bed dreaming of words. Soon, each will revise itself, turning inward, the petals falling like tiny pages to the garden floor, and in their place the round characters of seeds bound between two covers.
