Spring's coming early, according to that famous weather forecaster, Punxsutawney Phil. The furry woodchuck, taking a bow Feb. 2 in Punxsutawney, Pa., did not see his shadow, said handler Bill Dealy. Bill Murray, nowhere to be seen in the crowd, apparently made it out of town.
