Gravity Is His Only Glue
Artist Daryl Maddeaux was originally going to exhibit his works inside the GOP convention center, but security difficulties in X-raying his pieces forced him to look elsewhere. He ended up near San Diego Marina, where he set up 28 rock-on-rock works. Maddeaux grew up in Frederick, New Brunswick, where he got his start balancing rocks in the Nashwaaksis River.
