* WIDOWS' PEAK - (PG, Columbia TriStar Home Video). At first the movie looks like ``Enchanted April'' set in Ireland: In a colorful village, a group of eccentric and independent women set the standards of behavior and keep transgressors (and men) in line. An odd mystery is embedded in the story, however, with revenge at its core. Mia Farrow, Joan Plowright, and Natasha Richardson star in this intriguing but peculiar drama. (May 13, 1994)
