COUNTRY/FOLK. Tammy Wynette - Without Walls (Epic): Duet albums are. revitalizing the careers of many musical veterans, and now, the First Lady of Country Music joins the fun. Here, she teams up with the likes of Elton John, Sting, Lyle Lovett, Smokey Robinson, Cliff Richard, Aaron Neville, and fellow country artists Joe Diffie and Wynonna. The results are hardly inspired, and it was probably a mistake to try to remake such classics as ``Every Breath You Take'' or ``I Second That Emotion.'' But Wynette sounds better than ever, and she seems to be enjoying herself - especially on the honky tonk ``Girl Thang.''
