Are you up to your elbows in frequent-flier mileage? If so, you may have earned yourself enough miles for a free, first-class ticket to Europe. You deserve it. You deserve to be on an airplane and still be comfortable - to sleep at an angle less than vertical and eat something that looks and tastes like real food.
