American Public Radio To Air Bosnia Special

AMERICAN Public Radio will broadcast a live two-hour world news special tomorrow on the war in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Produced by Monitor Radio, a broadcast service of The Christian Science Monitor, the program is a collaboration between Monitor Radio, Marketplace, the BBC World Service, the Canadian Broadcasting Company, and Deutsche Welle.

The program will consist of live interviews and pre-recorded reports from around the world. Scheduled to participate are former CIA director William Colby; former Yugoslav Prime Minister Milan Panic; Canadian Maj. Gen. Lewis MacKenzie, former United Nations commander in Sarajevo; Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic; and the Bosnian government's UN representative, Muhamed Sacirbey. Monitor Radio's Steve Delaney will anchor the program from Washington, with Helen Palmer from London. The report will air at

12 noon Eastern time on many public radio stations and on the shortwave World Service of The Christian Science Monitor. Listeners should check local listings.
