Instead of a Poem

Instead of a poem I'm making a salad of leafy lettuces to praise everything green.

I add slivers of satin cabbage and carrot mix olive oil with lemon, mustard and mint. Instead of words I toss dark leafy romaine to share when I serve it the praise of everything green.
