CLOSE MY EYES - A brother and sister impulsively fall into an incestuous relationship. Stephen Poliakoff's drama is energetically filmed, but it ultimately has little to say about the situation it explores, on either social or psychological grounds. (Rated R) THE LAST BOY SCOUT - A burned-out detective solves a case. Tony Scott's melodrama is just another weak excuse for Hollywood to put a racially mixed acting team, Bruce Willis and Damon Wayans on this occasion, through a gamut of nasty violence. Sadly, violence is all this vicious movie has going for it, aside from a barely literate screenplay and a disgustingly crude attitude toward women. (Rated R)
