Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and part of Indiana are exempt from the Uniform Time Act of 1967. The rest of us will set our clocks forward one hour Saturday night. Daylight saving time officially begins 2:00 a.m. Sunday.
