`You take a banana just like that, in its skin,' says Susan Branch, plucking a banana from a bowl, `put it on a cookie sheet in the oven, and bake it for 20 minutes' at 350 degrees F. `Peel it, mush it up, and stick a scoop of ice cream on it. And people say ``How did you make this?'' I say ``God made it, not me!'''
