SATURDAY Nutcracker on Ice (NBC, 4-6 p.m.): Olympic gold medalist Dorothy Hamill in a skating version of the traditional Christmas ballet on ``SportsWorld,'' from the Orpheum Theatre in Minneapolis. SUNDAY A Christmas Carol (CBS, 9-11 p.m.): As Scrooge, George C. MONDAY The Homecoming, A Christmas Story (CBS, 12:30-2:30 p.m.): Earl Hamner's award-winning 1971 drama about a rural family in the depression era - starring Richard Thomas and Patricia Neal - was the basis for TV's well-loved ``Waltons'' series.
