US MUSICIAN HAS SOVIETS ON THEIR FEET

American musician Paul Simon, along with South African musicians, entranced thousands of Soviets at a two-hour performance this weekend. The official Tass news agency indicated it was the first time black South African musicians have performed in Moscow. (The Soviet Union and South Africa do not have diplomatic relations.)
