LINDA ELLERBEE IS LEAVING ABC. The former anchor of ABC's canceled news program ``Our World'' will start her own company to produce news programs. One of her first productions may be for ABC, since the network is still interested in a late-night, weekly review-type program with Ellerbee. THE FIRST SINGLE FROM MICHAEL JACKSON'S NEW ALBUM, ``Bad,'' hits the airwaves July 22. ``I Can't Stop Loving You'' will be the first of eight new songs from the album that reaches stores Aug. 31. Jackson's first solo tour begins in Tokyo Sept. 12. AMERICAN ACTOR SAM WANAMAKER finally witnessed the groundbreaking in London marking the start of his dream: the rebuilding of Shakespeare's Globe Theater. Oak posts were erected this week designating the circumference of the structure, as part of an event-filled International Shakespeare Week, which honors the Bard and raises more funds for the project.
