Opening up early enough to see The night in flight, dark broke away as clouds Traveling from sleep. Unbundled, they are free Accumulations, that when of a crowd Were night itself, are now seen to be small Soft wisps, not black or menacing at all. In fact, their puffs enhance the clear sky. Low On the horizon gloom-banks undispersed Are a rich source of filmy thoughts that blow Across the lightening mind. The early first Awakening that lasts so short a time - Half day, half still-pursued dream - is sublime.
