Second arrest made in Gandhi assassination

Police have arrested a second person in the October assassination of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, the Press Trust of India reported Sunday. Kehar Singh, described as a civilian from New Delhi, has declined all legal assistance to defend his case and has been remanded to police custody until Dec. 5, United News of india reported Sunday.
