A Nov. 14 ''News in Brief'' item incorrectly reported that Greece did not abstain from voting on a UN resolution that declared peace to be a ''sacred right'' of mankind. In fact, Greece did abstain. The Monitor regrets the error, which came from an Associated Press report.
