Youths from strife-torn lands to tour US with peace theme

Twenty-four young people from strife-torn countries such as Kampuchea and El Salvador are about to begin a 36-city tour of America to sing out their message of peace. A group called ''Children of War,'' whose advisory committee includes Harry Belafonte and Coretta Scott King, is sponsoring the tour. The teen-agers start tomorrow in New York, where they will meet with South African Bishop Desmond Tutu, winner of the 1984 Nobel Peace Prize.
