Aquino panelist says NBC may have memo on findings

A lawyer for the commission investigating the Benigno Aquino assassination said Thursday that the board's final report is not finished but that NBC News may have obtained a memorandum suggesting possible findings.

NBC reported Wednesday night that it had obtained a copy of a draft of the commission's report which rejected the government version of the assassination and concluded that Mr. Aquino, an opposition leader, was killed as part of a military conspiracy.
