NATO HQ sets up barriers after new Brussels bombing

Sandbag barriers were erected outside NATO headquarters Tuesday after a spate of leftist bombings of nearby companies making US missile components. A group called Fighting Communist Cells carried out its third attack in a week Monday, damaging the head office of the European subsidiary of Honeywell, the US computer company. A statement, noting the bombing occurred only a few hundred yards from NATO, boasted: ''We are moving closer to the heart of the beast in every sense.''
