Correction

Because of editing errors, two misstatements of fact were reported yesterday about the indictment of Labor Secretary Raymond J. Donovan: The subcontracting firm's name, according to the indictment, is Jopel Contracting and Trucking Corporation; and the money alleged to have been extracted from the New York Transit Authority through falsified billings amounted to approximately $8 million.
