Ferraro scores Reagan over Lebanese bombings
Geraldine A. Ferraro said at a rally here Monday that President Reagan's response to the bombings of US facilities in Lebanon has been ''disgraceful'' and that he has failed the test of leadership by ''casting blame, not accepting responsibility.''
