Gromyko is willing to meet Reagan, Soviet official says

A senior Soviet official said Monday that Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko would be willing to meet with President Reagan in conjunction with Mr. Gromyko's trip to the United States this month for the opening of the United Nations General Assembly session.

Asked at the White House whether he planned to meet with Gromyko, the President replied there would be time to talk about it later.
