Reagan says US is undergoing rebirth of values he's favored

President Reagan said Wednesday the nation is in the midst of a rebirth of the traditional values he long has advocated. In remarks to a conference on the future, sponsored by the Economic Club of Chicago, Mr. Reagan concentrated on a ''bounty of new opportunities'' in space and technlogy and called for ''doing better'' in trying to overcome racism and bigotry.
