In a front-page story April 3 on the Philippines by Paul Quinn-Judge, it was incorrectly reported that the owner of the Manila newspaper Daily Express was Benjamin Romualdez, Philippine ambassador to Washington and brother of Imelda Marcos. The owner is Roberto Benedicto.
