Fair lizards - laissez faire

Iguanas may be six feet long. Their limbs and feet grow very stong To get them up a tree from scratch. That's where they hope to find a batch Of tasty blossoms, leaves and fruit And possibly some bugs to boot. Iguanas like their bodies stroked. When they are frightened or provoked They leap into a stream and stay Until what irked them goes away. You'll find if you are stroking them A spiny crest to stern from stem. All things considered, it's incredible But true (it says here) that they're edible. I've never eaten cooked iguana And I don't think I ever wanna.
