E. German chief separates himself from exiting niece

East Germany said Tuesday that Prime Minister Willi Stoph had ''nothing to do'' with his niece and her family, who have entered the West German Embassy in Prague in an attempt to emigrate to the West.

In the first official East German reaction to the episode, Mr. Stoph's press office accused the West German press of using the case to attack East Germany and harm inter-German relations.
