EC voices uneasiness on US trade pressures

The European Community noted with disquiet Tuesday what it called rising protectionist pressures in the United States. Community foreign ministers, meeting in Brussels, said in a statement that measures under consideration in Washington could affect $4.7 billion worth of Community exports to the US. The ministers' statement recognized that the Reagan administration ''has taken a firm stand against protectionist pressures'' but said the situation remained alarming.
