Dutch police seize $10 million in drugs

Dutch police said they seized six tons of hashish worth $10 million in Amsterdam in their largest drug bust ever. Five Dutchmen were arrested in connection with the haul, which was packed in 40 barrels, a spokesman said.

Police found the drugs Wednesday night in a warehouse and a nearby garage. The hashish came by ship from Lebanon and in terms of weight was believed to be one of the largest hauls anywhere, police said.
