Bobsled secrets bounce from Soviets to the Swiss

Is this a case of reverse technology drain? The Swiss bobsled team has obtained plans of the sleek new Soviet sled which has been so devastating in recent competition and aims to perfect a Swiss version in time for the Sarajevo Winter Olympics in February.

The president of the Swiss Bobsled Association, Erwin Brazerol, declined to divulge how he had gotten hold of the plans, saying only, "Suffice it to say that I have them."
