Kuwait sets up court to try bombing case

The Kuwaiti government formed a state security court Monday to try within a week 10 members of a Muslim fundamentalist group arrested in connection with last week's wave of bombings in Kuwait.

The minister of state for cabinet affairs, Abdel-Aziz Hussein, said the 10 arrested men - seven Iraqis and three Lebanese - belonged to an underground Iraqi fundamentalist group, the al-Dawa al-Islamia (Islamic Call), with close ties to Iran.

In Washington Sunday, Iran's ambassador to the United Nations repeated his government's denial of involvement in recent Middle East terrorist bombings and accused the Reagan administration of making Iran a scapegoat for such incidents.
