Mist
October 17, 1983
Grand Rapids, Michigan
The mist of the drizzle Has settled, Motionless, Transforming the glare Of lone lamps Into a fairyland blur. A hushed sheet, By which Withered grasses tremble, Cattails pose, And fragile wisps of willow Pause.
