Securtiy forces in Peru have abducted, tortured, and summarily executed hundreds of Indians this year in the fight against guerrillas who have terrorized parts of the country, Amnesty International reports. The London-based human rights organization added that the Sendero Luminoso - Shining Path - guerrillas had also committed atrocities.
