Costa Rican police said Thursday they arrested the leader of a 10-man hit squad planning to assassinate Eden Pastora, the anti-Nicaraguan government leader also known as Commander Zero. The leader, identified by police only as ''Sebastian,'' is reportedly a Spanish Basque terrorist with links to the Nicaraguan government.
