Breakfast in a glass

Often there isn't enough time to eat a full breakfast before leaving for work. Toast and cereal, a glass of juice, or even half a muffin have to suffice until lunchtime. But, breakfast doesn't have to be a hurried meal. Here is one idea for a quick, delicious breakfast made in a blender and ''eaten'' from a glass.

* Lime Refresher.

Place 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup chilled unsweetened pineapple juice, 2 tablespoons frozen limeade concentrate, and 1 tablspoon sugar in a blender. Blend at high speed until smooth. Garnish with a lime slice and strawberry if desired, and serve immediately. Serves 1.
