Britain's Queen Elizabeth marks the 30th anniversary of her coronation today (June 2), with no plans to give up the throne to her son Prince Charles. The Queen is at the peak of popularity. In fact, one recent opinion poll found that if she were standing in Britain's June 9 election, she would beat Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.
