Reagan says freeze measure is flawed

President Reagan said the overwhelming House approval of a resolution calling for an immediate nuclear weapons freeze was fundamentally flawed. He said he could not support the resolution, approved Wednesday in the House 278 to 149. At the same time, the President pledged to press ahead with arms reductions talks in Geneva with the Soviet Union.
