Three Soviets expelled by Britian as spies

Britain announced the expulsion of two Soviet diplomats and a Soviet journalist, apparently for spying. The Foreign Office said the two diplomats were found ''to have engaged in activities incompatible with their status,'' a phrase usually interpreted to mean espionage. Col. Gennadi A. Primakov, assistant Soviet air attache, was given seven days to leave the country. Also involved were Sergei V. Ivanov, an embassy secretary currently out of the country, and Ivan V. Titov, London correspondent of the Soviet magazine New Times.
