Reagan willing to meet Soviet leader Andropov

President Reagan is prepared to discuss concrete issues at a summit this year with Soviet leader Yuri Andropov, London's Sunday Times said. In an exclusive interview, Reagan said he could foresee a meeting sometime this year - although there were no immediate plans for one.
