House sends to Reagan files on EPA wrongdoing

A House panel said it sent President Reagan specific information on criminal conduct and other wrongdoing at the Environmental Protection Agency. Furthermore, the letter from a House energy and commerce oversight committee asked the President to free all subpoenaed papers he told the agency not to send congressional investigators. Earlier, the committee head, Rep. John Dingell (D) of Michigan, said the agency didn't have enough people to carry out its program to clean up hazardous wastes.
