Senate budget chief says Reagan must expect cuts

Senate Budget Committee Chairman Pete Domenici (R) of New Mexico told the adminstration Wednesday domestic-program cuts in President Reagan's 1984 budget are ''extreme actions'' and defense spending must be reduced.

Meanwhile, in the second day of hearings on the social security bailout plan, Rep. Claude Pepper (D) of Florida clashed sharply with House Social Security subcommittee chief J. J. Pickle (D) of Texas, saying he would not back a Social Security bailout if it cuts benefits.
